DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY:
To ensure a completely satisfied experience, ShopAlphaIndustries.com will accept returns, pay for return shipping and refund all merchandise that satisfies the Conditions of Return.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Request for return is made within 45 days of order date
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
- Product must have all original tags and labels attached and undamaged
- Product must be returned complete with all parts and accessories
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 20 days from issue date of Return Authorization (RA)
- Returns must be shipped from the United States
RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
All returns must be authorized by ShopAlphaIndustries.com customer service. To receive authorization please email to: customerservice@shopalphaindustries.com
Include the following information in the email;
- Subject heading: RETURN (ORDER NO.)
- SOLD TO
- ORDER DATE
- SKU # and quantity you want to return
*Refer to the PACKING SLIP enclosed in the original box for order information.
A customer service representative will respond via email or phone within 3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions of how to ship back the merchandise.
REFUND POLICY:
Once we receive the merchandise and confirm all Conditions of Return are met, we will refund the value of the returned merchandise, sales tax included, to the same credit account used to make the original purchase.
If original purchase was made by cash, personal check or money order, refund will be mailed to the billing address in the form of a corporate check from Alpha Industries, Inc.
EXCHANGES:
Merchandise exchanges are accepted within 60 days of order date. All exchanges require authorization.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:
ShopAlphaIndustries.com will accept returns and refund all merchandise that satisfies the Conditions of Return. ShopAlphaIndustries.com will NOT pay for return shipping from any location outside the United States.

If all Conditions of Return are satisfied, International customers may request a return or exchange while assuming all shipping costs (the customer is required to cover all costs of the product return, costs of product re-shipment and any related customs, taxes, duties or VAT costs). Under no circumstances will ShopAlphaIndustries.com pay for costs associated with International returns, exchanges, re-shipments, customs, taxes, duties or VAT costs
Errors on our Website(s):
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected upon discovery and Alpha Industries reserves the right to revoke any stated offer due to any unintentional errors, inaccuracies or omissions. This includes any orders that have been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Alpha Industries will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies dictate when this amount is ultimately credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the Alpha Industries Return Policy noted above.
