Orders Shipping & Handling Policy:
All orders are usually processed with 48 hours of receipt. If your order is approved it will be shipped no later than 48 hours from time of approval, unless other factors prevent timely shipment. Customers will receive notification of any orders not approved for any reason with this same 48 hour period.
Standard Domestic Shipping -
Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Shipping:
For your convenience we offer UPS GROUND, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping on orders shipped within the continental U.S.
UPS GROUND is our standard 4-7 Business day shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS)
APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
P.O. Box delivery will take 4-7 business days LONGER to be received, depending on delivery location
2nd Day Air is our UPS Expedited 3 business day service. On some occasions, in very rural areas this service is NOT available -- In such cases please allow 4 business days for delivery
Next Day Air is our Express 2 business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 3 business days for delivery
UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, P.O.Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S.; Note that PO Box, APO, FPO packages are shipped via USPS, therefore, packages will be delayed an additional 2-3 days for shipping
Deliveries to ALASKA and HAWAII will incur additional estimated charges of $12.00, over our regular rates and take approximately 3-10 business days; Actual shipping charges will be computed in your cart during checkout
We provide online shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order and/or add an item to our shopping bag; simply enter your shipping information and click the "Recalculate" button.
International Shipping
ShopAlphaindustries.com is pleased to offer USPS Priority shipping for international orders. International orders take 7 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. The available countries are listed in the shopping cart and may change from time to time without notice.
For your convenience ShopAlphaindustries.com provides estimated online shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order and/or add an item to our shopping bag; these may vary from the actual charges based on final weight and delivery destination.
Duties, Customs and VAT:
International orders may be subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order and are not the responsibility of ShopAlphaindustries.com. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the customs authorities of the country the order is being shipped to prior to making a purchase from ShopAlphaindustries.com, as we have no control over these costs.
ShopAlphaIndustries.com will not pay for International shipping costs to and from any location outside of the continental 48 United States.
