The M-65 Field Coat (pictured left) is part of a long linage of field coats that the military continued to enhance and evolve from the days of World War II. The M-65 became widely known as the workhorse jacket for Marine ground forces during Vietnam.

Originally issued in the standard Olive color, Alpha Industries continued to manufacture M-65 field coats in various color and camouflage patterns (including Snow Tiger and Treebark) for the military well into the 1980's.

Since then, Alpha continues to produce this classic field coat with the same attention to detail and authenticity. We've even created contemporary field coats that offer today's consumer a wide variety of choice to make their own rugged fashion statement.
